Food Truck Greywater and Grease Trap Service

Food trucks need a plan for both greywater and grease. As food truck activity grows on Maui, proper kitchen practices and disposal remain important. We work around operating hours to discuss frequent or occasional service, based on your truck, location and use.

Grease trap pumping

A grease trap separates much of the fats, oils, grease and food particles from wastewater so those materials can be taken to an appropriate disposal facility. A grease trap is an important part of managing your food truck’s kitchen wastewater. We monitor its condition at each service and use what we find to discuss whether the service interval should become more or less frequent.

Greywater holding tanks

Food truck greywater tanks can range from a few gallons to more than 200 gallons. A suitable pumping schedule depends on your location, operating hours and type of water use. We can discuss regular pumping, an occasional pump when service is needed less often, or an emergency pump.
